Our founder recalls that while working full-time for a financial services firm, he was frequently approached by business owners in his network, seeking his guidance on how to leverage technology to drive their business strategies.

Over the next ten years, he could not ignore the gap in the market, the lack of customer centricity among Managed Service Providers, and the distance between these parties, where understanding business needs was essential in developing solutions.
