Keith Bucknall

Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO)
Keith Bucknall is a highly experienced technical senior IT visionary leader, with a passion for technology, trends, enabling business, and supporting senior executives. The focus of his career has been on driving forward major transformational technical programmes, shaping the functionality of technical operations, and advising senior management on how IT can add value to the enterprise. Keith is an expert in Enterprise Architecture, strategic planning and vision, a cloud evangelist, and the go-to person to deliver projects with a hands-on and off approach. He combines comprehensive technical knowledge with the ability to identify, design and implement IT solutions that address business challenges to improve IT performance metrics. He has worked across all ranks and disciplines in architecture, infrastructure, support, and development roles.

As an expert in IT solutions, Keith helps organisations build cost-effective, corporate-aligned IT solutions that drive business growth.

Victoria Lomax

Head of Virtual Services

Victoria has spent the last 7 years working with over 500 IT, Technology and Cyber Security Service providers on their client and technical strategies. Having worked closely with C-level executives at many service providers of all shapes and sizes, Victoria recognised that things are done differently at Outbound Group.

In June 2023 Victoria joined Outbound Group as Head of Virtual Services to oversee our IT managed services strategy, customer experience and processes.

Laura Bucknall

Group Operations Director
With a successful career in operations and management Laura Bucknall Co-founded Outbound to follow a dream of creating a unique Technology company. Laura is responsible for HR, Compliance, Finance and Operations within the group. Having previously built another startup she has combined all her experiences needed to support the company ambitions and staff to make a strong dedicated team. She understands how complex business operations can be and how updating old technology and embracing new systems can be a challenge for businesses, both large and small. She believes that every individual has the capacity to become an entrepreneur and enjoys empowering others as they strive to be a success in their chosen career.

Damon Palframan

Enterprise Account Director
Damon has industry wide experience and an excellent track record of leading operations in new business development, logistics, marketing, staff management, pre-sales, and physical support and training. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed global enterprise accounts, optimised operations, and implemented business and go-to-market strategic plans.

Damon’s strengths lie in aligning strategic insights with client objectives, ensuring that businesses achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
