Victoria Lomax is a respected IT specialist who has spent the last 7 years working with over 500 IT, Technology and Cyber Security Service providers and enterprise IT teams on improving their cyber security posture, reducing digital risk and understanding cyber security frameworks and best practices. At the forefront of the rapidly evolving field of cyber resilience, she has emerged as a key contributor in providing world-class cyber resilience services and strategy to organisations across multiple industries globally. In addition to providing an overview of cyber resilience, Victoria will also explain why organisations should be empowered to anticipate, withstand, and recover from cyber attacks.

Adam Pilton

 

With a background of 15 years in law enforcement, Adam’s final role was as a Detective Sergeant leading the Covert operations and Cyber Crime teams. Since then, Adam has worked in cyber security since 2016 across various roles and has a broad understanding of cyber security, from the impact of cybercrime upon individuals and businesses to the need to convey the right messages to senior leaders and end users, ensuring engagement and support.
As a subject matter expert in multiple areas for a large organisation, Adam has investigated and supervised hundreds of cases, identifying and prosecuting offenders. He has introduced digital tactics into overt and covert investigations, developing digital capabilities. Adam also held responsibility for training, utilising his communication skills to simplify the complex.
Adam has worked with multi-national businesses developing their people and processes to improve their cyber security maturity.

Oli Venn

Oli Venn is a Cybersecurity Engineer for the UK and Ireland WatchGuard team since joining in 2018. Prior to joining WatchGuard, Oli was an Infrastructure and Security Lead for one of the largest privately owned car dealer groups in the UK. Oli specialises in Network Perimeter Security, Wi-Fi Security, Multi-Factor Authentication and Endpoint Security. His responsibilities include researching and understanding the latest information security threats and using that knowledge to help customers understand the challenges they face and to design a solution that fits their needs and infrastructure to improve their Cyber Security defences. With speaking appearances at industry events, contributions to online IT, technology and security publications and regular training sessions, Oli is a thought leader who provides insightful security guidance to all levels of IT personnel.

Neil Rawlins is a highly experienced Pre-Sales Engineer at Keepit, recognised for his deep expertise in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, and security best practices within the backup and data protection space. His focus on the UK and Ireland markets has made him a trusted advisor to both commercial and public sector clients, helping them navigate the complexities of modern data management.
With a rich career spanning leading roles at Veeam, HP, Druva, and now Keepit, Neil brings a wealth of practical experience and industry knowledge to every engagement. Frequently invited to speak at company SKOs, sales enablement sessions, and webinars, he is known for his ability to convey technical concepts with clarity and passion. Neil’s enthusiasm for advancing knowledge in the backup industry and his hands-on approach make him an invaluable resource for driving success in the ever-evolving data protection landscape.

Hennie Erasmus is a Channel Solutions Engineer at AvePoint, with four years in this role. His previous experience includes Microsoft Licensing. He has supported partners by providing training, enablement, and product updates, including road mapping. Additionally, assisted with go-to-market strategies for our products.
