The event provided an excellent forum to meet with customers to hear about their priorities and cyber challenges, but also to meet with other technology vendors and thought leaders under one roof. The summit brought together a team of carefully selected cybersecurity experts and industry leaders to openly share their lived experiences, lessons learned and their recommendations to achieve cyber resilience. The interaction and collaboration of attendees further strengthened the value gained from the sessions and we thank everyone that took part for making the day such a phenomenal success.

A Thought-Provoking Client Story

One of the defining moments of the event was the powerful real-life story one of our clients kindly shared. With full transparency, they shared their experience of suffering a major cyber security incident, and how this still affects their organisation years later. More than that, they openly shared the significant personal impact of dealing with such a critical incident. It was a wakeup call for many in the audience. Even those who believed they had a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy in place found themselves reflecting on whether this fully covers people, technology, and process and how to test it.

Our client’s story underscored the importance of extending cybersecurity measures to cover full incident detection, through to remediation and recovery (cyber resilience). Many attendees have already undertaken steps to evaluate their security posture post-event.
